On April 10th, the Chapter's Honor Guard rendered Flag Bearing services at Jefferson Barracks Cemetery for deceased member John Dexheimer.

On May 25th the Chapter held a fundraiser at he Dierbergs Store in Wildwood. Thanks go out to all the customers who donated and to the store management who supported our efforts. We also thank the volunteers who gave up part of their Holiday weekend
On May 9th approximately 25 members of Chapter 1028 met for breakfast at the Bob Evans Restaurant at HWY 141 & I-44. This informal gathering happens every Wednesday at 7:00 A.M. when the store opens. Except Chapter meeting day on the first Wednesday of the month. All are welcome.

Fundraising
On April 23rd about 30 members and guests visited the Boeing Prologue Room. The room displayed the history of Boeing / McDonnell Douglas Corporation featuring models of all the aircraft built from its beginning to present day. Thanks to member Cary Killebrew and his daughter Jennifer for arranging the visit. After the visit, the group went to Hobo's Restaurant in St. Peters for lunch.
